Find the place where you’ll thrive at The Venue. Great location, well designed floor plans and complex layout, good scenery, overall nice amenities, and I'm sure the updated units look great. Poor maintenance staff and high management turnover. The front gate doesn’t work & they won’t tell you this before you sign the lease. The fitness center is never locked, homeless people walk into the complex and leave trash around. You won’t receive most of your packages here they’ll either be lost from the office misplacing them or stolen.

This apartment community was built in 1986 and has 3 stories with 538 units. Office staff is very friendly and the amenities that come along with the apt are very nice. The one bedroom, one bath apartment was a little small for the price. I have not necessarily ruled this community out because I really like the area, but the apartment is a bit smaller than what I desire. I would recommend this property because all the amenities and personnel staff are top notch . Even with everything going on everyone has been great...the process was quick and easy!

When maintenance come out they never fix the issues that are asked to fix. I only been here for 2 months now all these issues started when we first moved in. I don't feel safe or comfortable living here. I have photos of when I first moved in of all the issues in countered. We’ve lived in these apartments for one year and it will most definitely be our only years.

Verandahs at Cliffside Apartments
I’ve been living here 2 years no big issues until today. I walked outside this morning to get in my car and noticed it wasn’t in the parking lot. I didn’t think anyone stole it because there’s nicer cars in the parking lot than mine.
These apartments have been recently rennovated, so I should not have had a many maintenance issues that I did. On top of that, the issues were not handled properly. As I write this review, I sent in a maintenance request on Thursday Evening for a Urgent and recurring HVAC issue.
Floor Plan Details
The grounds are neatly groomed several times a day. When it comes to Work Order Repairs, the team is quickly to respond with a warm smile and professional mannerism. Living here put me in the heart of many Great Attractions and easy access to many freeways. I enjoy the location, as it is close to everything. The Kroger across the street is very convenient. There are a lot of trees which makes this place feel more secluded, especially if you get an apartment that has a balcony that over looks a wooded area.
They have lied straight to my face that they didn't have any. When I actually went on the website to see they was vacant united, and they were. I believe that hare just want to sign people for their salary increase. I don't think they care about the residents here.
If we are paying for the gate amenity we should be able to use it. Also, sprinklers don’t work in many areas. Grass will look like hay in the summer, and get dusty. Staff is nice, but that’s the only thing good about this place. I would recommend this apartment complex because it is very peaceful, clean and the office staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything that you need.
The day we moved in there were no hot water for 2¹/2 weeks & no remedy to satisfy the inconvenience as tenants. They would be expecting full rent for partial service, but if not eviction notice would be filed. We work with all the same apartments as every other Apartment web site that you can be looking at.
